Welcome to TRECK USA

TAKE A 'VIRTUAL FIELD TRIP' OF
THE AMERICAN DISCOVERY TRAIL

Join Randy and Sheri Propster on their 2006 hike across the United States on the American Discovery Trail. Meet the “locals,” gaze at the awesome scenery, experience all kinds of weather extremes, and explore the topography and geology of our nation.

This site will be maintained by Mr. Scott Steele’s ninth grade Earth Science classes, located in Fishersville, Virginia. Each week, beginning on January 15, 2007, we will reveal approximately seven to ten days of last year’s hike. This will give the reader the chance to follow along on a continuous virtual hike across the country. New journal entries, photos, and trail data will be added each week, so join us to explore and discover some of what our nation has to offer.
