Slip on shoes slip off my feet?

so i got these globe castro skateboarding shoes and my heal whenever i walk comes out becuase they are not tight enough in the back. They fit perfect on the other parts of my foot. how can i stop this to make it tighter in the back and not slip? i have tried tolilet paper and stuff but it is not comfortable. thanks!!! i am a guy by the way if you need to know..

you r shoes are probaly not the right size just because the other parts of the shoe fit doesnt meant it’s your right size so you should go and have your shoe size checked
