DELAWARE We started our journey standing in the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Delaware Bay. Just up the beach and over a dune in Cape Henlopen State Park was the eastern terminus of the American Discovery Trail. The trail goes west from there and continues through Delaware 49.6 miles to Maryland.
